Third-party platforms are managed through PHASEGRADE. You own your domain and your data. Edits and revisions are not unlimited. Third-party subscriptions (hosting platforms, CRM, software licenses, domains) are not included. They are billed by those providers or passed through.
Ongoing care for the sites and tools we already manage. If something goes down or someone cannot log in, you tell us and we take it from there, including the vendor when the problem sits with them. Basic covers monitoring, routine updates, backups, and staff logins, while Advanced and Premium add limited content changes, integration checks, and a monthly review. The plans are managed through PHASEGRADE, and you own your domain and your data.
